lack of work ethic? You don't know much do you. Cammi is a fitness freak and certainly does not lack work ethic. I also wouldn't call him streaky. Hard to call someone that scores on pace for 25-30 goals a year streaky.

I (rather obviously) didn't mean anything about his preparation habits. How would I know (or care) what he does in between games. The "work ethic" comment was pointed more towards his lack of desire to dig out pucks on the boards, which in fairness perhaps has as much to with his lack of size and preference to find open space. Regardless, it still makes him a poor fit.

And ALOT of 25-30 goal scorers are streaky. See Michael Ryder. Or Jaromir Jagr. Or David Clarkson. Or Brian Gionta. It's also been about 4 years since he scored 30 goals. He's more in the 20-25 range these days.

They do have JT though and they didn't have to offer max dollars to get him to resign he has a hit of 5.5 million
