That's it. Im staying in this thread for the day. I just got off a ban this morning, and going back to that Sens thread will have me sitting again and I cant have that on a game night.

The delusion is out in full force. Apparently Burke had an unlimited budget and he did nothing but meh moves while there and that the Kessel trade set us back.

There is a big difference in how it affects a person that never smokes it, and someone that does it often.

But take a couple of weeks off, and you are right back to newbie again...

- bixll

In my teens, I was a chronic smoker so it got pretty normal. I would do absolutely anything high. Taxes, job interviews, family reunions....

Nowadays, I only have it once in a while with some buddies on a weekend. I get first-time high almost every time

It's the same crap being repeated over and over.

Kessel trade sets team back.

Nonis sucks because of the Clarkson signing.

Leafs have no future because they have no prospects.

Whatever. The team is winning and it just proves how much they can't stand it.

what about dropping clarkson right into JVRs spot>?

Clarkson could probably handle the net presence job efficiently enough

- Dozzer

it takes him too long to get there...

the pace a which that line operates, and the passing the allows them to break out like they do... honestly they'd be better off putting Raymond or Ashton there.

I never thought of Clarkson as slow. He isn't Flash out there but I never noticed him having issues keeping up with the play. Ill watch closer for this next game he plays....whenever that is.

As long as Nonis stays the course. Not trading young players (Kadri/Gardiner etc) and draft picks. Unless of course it for players of similar age and upside.

The leafs should be fine then. I would like them to try and restock the prospect pool, it is getting thin again. Esp NHL level talent at forward

clarkson is fast enough.. he proved it in jersey that he can skate with top lines.
