the B's forecheck is textbook perfect.

dump it to the corner. 1 man gets there and ties up the D, 2nd man puck support comes in and gets the puck (no other flyer close and constantly outnumbered on the wall), B with puck swoops around the net and looks for teammate waltzing uncovered down the slot, or alternatively gets it to the point for an uncontested shot. rinse and repeat

These soft floaters on goal from the Flyers are terrible. It's not like we win the ensuing faceoff anyways.....

If they're hell bent on keeping that pair together, at least send them out with forwards who can scoot.

Ditto this cement-foot line with Vinny and B Schenn -- put them out there w/ Coburn and Kimmo for christsake.

it's incredible. every single play hits a stick, a leg, a skate whatever and fails to clear and goes right to an open bruin. over and over and over again. they're so (frank)ing slow. it's embarrassing.

My fear is that the move will either be overpaying for Campbell or ridiculously overpaying for Yandle or Byfuglien. I have zero confidence in Holmgren fixing the D, n fact it wouldn't bother me one bit if they made a move at GM following this game.

I'm just so damn frustrated right now. I can live with losing if it seems like they are building something here, but I just don't see it.
