What? Uneducated fans that don't watch the kid play regularly.
- Ihatebrianburke

I'm pretty educated. How you defend him for his horrid numbers and play is beyond me. It actually tells me about your educated mind for hockey. I suppose you think Hemsky is a stud too.

Yak is a forward that was supposed to change the universe in Edmonton when drafted. He has less points than Niskanen, who isn't known for putting up tons of points. Nice job Yak.

You are a lot more logical than that other guy. That kind of play has no place in this league.
- Ihatebrianburke

Probably not as logical as you think. My point is if there is a penalty called "contact to the head" it should be a major only. Having that penalty be 2 minutes sends a counterproductive message imo. Then the referee could have called that or he could have called it roughing or something if he didn't think it was worthy of a major. I didn't think that particular play was malicious but I wouldn't have opposed a major call. Head hits need to go.

One party thinks Yakupov is worth more than Taylor Pyatt.

The other party thinks Yakupov is worth less than Taylor Pyatt.

Are you really criticizing his intelligence?

Did Yakupov burn down an orphanage in Pittsburgh or something I'm not aware of?

Crosby is clearly a "product of gibbons
As far as yak ... I don't think the criticisms are fair ... Clearly he s been depres d... And I know they sometimes bump him to the 3 rd and 4th lines ... The kid is 19

And gibbons is a product of Kunitz.

I'll make a flowchart later.

Sure, the Penguins come out looking great as they lead the league in both Kunitzes and Kunitzes per game

How is a kid that young and inexperienced suppose to change the universe. With the amount of hatred you have for a 20 year old kid that you don't even watch play you have to have a pretty sad life. I feel bad for you.

Not immediately making good on vast potential as a 20 year old = worse than waiver wire fodder.

Good stuff.

Now that I think about it, the Kunitz should be the name of a stat quantifying a player's ability to make his linemates better.

Oneonta has been in a pissy mood ever since Shero decided not to sign Iginla.

Honestly this was also bylsma fault... Who moves a winger with close to 600 career goals to the opposite wing then demotes him to the 3rd line in the playoffs when he does not adjust

He's new, he wouldn't understand. One thing Calgarians know is that our neighbors to the north confuse easy, I mean come on, look at Ben37.

I rest my case.

could have been a perfectly fine fit but our coach had other plans.
