I was insinuating that you had implied that Howard (aka hscesq, your friendly neighbourhood Habs ref) was looking shaky, not Jimmy Howard

It's a front load contract with a limited no trade so it won't be hard to trade him after year 4 if they see fit

Players coming in the league are getting better and better. Phaneufs skating isn't good enough for us to expect a drastic improvement. He's pretty much maxed out in potential I would think. Bad signing IMO.. But who gives a (frank) what I say.
