Depends on where they feel Kadri will be in the next year and a half. McClements agent will try to get max value out of him 3 mill+/ 1-2 year term. If the Leafs don't take him someone else will anyway.

That's quite the term. Holland would be amazing at 1.4/per - no chance at that though. McClement should get around 2.5 but I wouldn't be surprised to see him get upwards of 3.
