That's the correct Giroux. That's the guy that takes it upon himself to will his team back into the game. The Flyers that period were an abomination. Then, G says "(frank) this noise and gimme the puck NOW" and boom here we are after a great play tied at 2 going into the 3rd. That's a huge goal. The captain we signed to 8mil+ scores those goals.

Don't let this slip away like so many others after being tied after 2. Let's GO

The D is really struggling tonight. Vancouver's speed is giving them fits. It's obvious in games like this Coburn tries to step up as our true defenseman with wheels and he just looks out of place trying to do it. As for Mezzy it's more sad then anything. He's a shell of the player he was. He's a step behind on everything and more often then not he looks like he's trying to figure out the position he was supposed to be seconds earlier, adding to his poor positioning.

Hahaha, I feel for the guy though. However, I think it's worth giving Hal Gill another look. I get the feeling the Flyers may still trade a forward (Hartnell) to get a more mobile defenseman, because I do believe they want Downie on that third line.
