I think part of the transition to the NHL is learning how and when you will be hit. It's one of the reasons Gus is always hurt. He's small and doesn't know how to avoid some big hits.

I would say Dan also. At least Ed has had proven sustained success. The Redskins have been terrible since Dan Snyder bought that team.
