Quite possible that Francis wasn't scouting Liles, but maybe TJ Brennan?

This guy has 10 goals in 14 games.... as a defenseman.... 19 points.

How is he not playing on the Leafs?? How is that fair? What message is Leafs management sending??

I could be wrong but i think Brennan would have to clear waivers to send him back down if it doesnt work out, plus whoever he would be replacing would have to clear waivers to go down to make room for him, with the exception of Reilly and Gardiner. Reilly isn't going anywhere and Gardiner probably wont get sent down either.
I would prefer to see Brennan over Ranger though.
