not being debby downer, but this team is mentally weak. theyre gripping their sticks way too tight and trying to scorch everything. the shots are there. just get it on net. |

I have no problem with how the Penguins played. The process has been good, the goals are dry for the moment.
Letang deserves criticism though. |

That is/was embarrassing. Out play them in basically every facet and make Emery look like an All-Star and a Vezina Award winner. What a joke. Three goals in three games. We suck. |

Solid win for the Flyers. The tip lines need some time to work out the kinks. So it seems anyway. Plenty of good but not enough to get 2 points. Let's hope it's just a short trend. |

It seems like the Pens , at least in this game, were not going for the dirty goals vs the pretty goals.
I guess when you have Crosby, Malkin, Letang and Neal that's an easy approach to take.

Their practice drills for tomorow: shooting and hitting the damn net. Holy hell that was frustrating |

I don't care what anybody says, it's not a well coached team. They only know how to win one way. Never any dirty goals. It's got to be pretty east/west or nothing. Pathetic. Shame were going to waste another year on Disco.
The fact that Engo gets a jersey every night is pathetic...

Basically that's what I'm asking. If you're not on your game you go to the dirty areas and jam the game up their...you know what. You can't be ashamed to do that. |

Hey ryan I have one for your next mailbag... Why is bylsma so awful at matching lines or rather why does he refuse to do it? Can't get Sid away from backes now can't get him away from couturier. It should be pretty easy at home. |

That's pretty much every game. Unfortunately, it's not exactly a winning formula in the playoffs. |

Some nights he could do better in that area, tonight wasn't one of them. People would b*tch and moan if Couturier was on Malkin all night. Malkin looked great tonight, where was the problem? |

Just because Pierre was screaming about matchups on tv doesnt mean Bylsma was doing it wrong. I agree with you |

good game ... this was probably a legitimate "the goalie stole the game" scenario. Emery was awesome, and if not for him the Flyers could have easily lost this 5 - 2.
see you guys next time. |

Malkins' offensive struggles are the problem. He isn't as dominant as he needs to be. He was better tonight though. |

1st period Sid was out there against giroux's line and we dominated play. Flyers changed to put couturier on him and we struggled to create the rest of the game. If Pierre sees it it has to be pretty obvious. |

Do they realize that they are supposed to put that black disc into the net ? Cause to me it just looked like they wanted to wire it off the glass every chance they could get. Believe me I wanted you guys to win. |

Exactly... So get Sid away from their best shutdown player... Not let berube get the matchup he wants all game on home ice. |

Can we move him to wing I'm tired of trying to defend his defensive play. |
