What's the deal with Booth? Does he really suck? I thought he would do good in Vancouver playing with Kesler. What is Booth's true value (money wise)?

His hockey IQ dissapered when Mike Richards cold cocked him a few years back.

Maybe a hiring a skills coach during the off season and working on his deficiencies would help his game rather than wasting time in a tree stand trying to bait a bear to kill for the "sport" of it. All Booth talked about before the season started is getting in tip top shape and being as big and strong as posible. A couple of stick handling drills wouldnt hurt.

I have MDZ in my pool...trade him somewhere where he'll start getting points again (preferably in the NHL).

You're kidding right? I like Edler alot but Weise is a 4th liner. That would be a major tilt in VAN favor. Throw in Burrows and a 2nd instead of Wiese and it's fairly equal.

Vigneault and Kesler? Yeah, that was far from a match made in heaven. It sounds like Burrows to me. I would not make that trade even though Del Zotto is younger. There's a reason why Rangers fans want him gone.

We already have Hamhuis, Garrison, Bieksa, Edler, Tanev and Stanton has been solid plus Corrado is in the AHL. Makes little sense unless Gillis is still looking to trade Edler for a top 6 forward.

This team needs a top 6 forward, the last thing it can afford is to trade one away.

Great third line center in the AHL. I would try Engellend at center before calling up that useless plug. For some reason AV couldn't get enough of him. Us fans on the other hand had enough of him after a dozen games or so.

Not a bad utility guy that can play wing or center, decent 13th forward at best. Isn't really good at any one particular thing though.

Del Zotto for Booth, Alberts +2nd is the only deal I could see happening.

Not only is Wideman untradeable, but there is no way in hell we'd trade for that contract after not signing him for less.

Yeah, I know Stepan is viewed as more valuable than Edler. But I like Burrows and the 2nd over Del Zotto and Pyatt by a lot.
