Judging by the things he has said last year and this year, I wouldn't be surprised if Stalberg thought he was good enough to flourish even in that system. Still, I'm with you that just about anywhere else would have been a better fit for him. I thought he was going to end up in San Jose. Never heard if they made an offer.

The Punky QB being injured for a couple post-seasons had more to do with the lack of rings, imo. Pretty rare for a team to win the SB when their starting QB goes down, especially when it is late in the year.

I guess a teams odds of winning increase when Aaron Rogers is NOT on the field.
