Im not looking for a pulitzer prize winner. There are people on this site who have the same job description as Kevin and Garth and do a much better job. They can be opinionated but that usually leaves them in the outside of what you would consider good writing. There are countless bloggers that were/are very opinionated on this site who have either left or are considered nothing more than filler.

Not for nothing but Kevin's blogs are usually readable. Garth's are not. On top of it all yes Kevin hasn't posted in a few days but I do believe it's midterm week so cut the kid some slack. Do we really need a blog everyday to tell us how sh!tyy we are? Or how good OReilly is? Or another bs trade idea?

The fact is, that if most of these "blogs" were just generic rolling message boards that reset after say 20 pages, it would just the same as it is now.
We would still talk about the same stuff, in the same way. We don't need blogs to do this. Most people don't even reid (reed) them anyway. There are only a handful of blogs on this site where the content is actually worth reading.

So forget how often they're posted, or whom they're posted by. Just enjoy a conversation with fellow hockey fans, like the rest of us do.
