And Ranger has had too many bad moments but that 2nd goal was primarily on Orr - he hung the D out to dry on what should have been an easy dump-in. If Orr's playing his 3-4 mins instead of nearly 10 last night ....Gardiner and Ranger safely get off the ice for the change.

you cannot judge stay at home D guys (minus superstars) until the 10-12 game mark.. its one of the hardest positions on the ice.. to be that defensively responsible d-man.

Fraser needs to stay injured..... otherwise the story of all of our d-men being of the same ilk will have no legs, thus a lack of support for why Jake Gardiner (who randy carlyle hates) needs to be traded to edmonton straight up for jeff petry dish.
