We could offer up the likes of Gardiner, Reimer, or Kulemin for a really good one, potentially a top pairing defenseman.

Supposedly the Leafs and Panthers have kicked tires on a Gardiner for Gudbranson trade, I'm not too familiar with Gudbranson, but I was just doing a little research on him and he is right handed, hits, and based off of his stats is more of a defensive defenseman. Also 6'5", only 21 years old, a top 3 pick, don't know if the rumors are true but definitely interesting. I'd preferably like to see the Leafs acquire somebody that can play with Dion, so Gunnarsson can be on the 2nd pairing with Franson. Rielly with either Ranger or Fraser on the 3rd.

the kid is good and i love how they set him up for success on the top line.
let's give him 20 games to truly evaluate and hopefully nobody goes after him for his 4th goal. a bit of showboating which the game needs more of. that will hit every legit US station.
