Any (major) injuries to our main players and we are hooped. Torts shot-blocking-collapse style system is a double-edged sword. It's an effective strategy in reducing scoring chances; however, by the same token, it can take a huge toll on players' health. Frankly, I don't really like seeing top players play on the PK, and especially the Sedins, who are our bread and butter as concerns offense.

Since when is having Kesler as your 2nd line center a tragedy??? Not many teams have a better option on the 2nd line.

When healthy Kesler is one of the best 2Cs in the league. Even a 1C on a handful of teams.

Just has nobody to play with.

I do think he needs to share the puck more, like he used to, regardless of who his linemates are.

You mean Jonseuu? he has looked pretty good (very small sample size of course); however, talk to some Islanders fans to see what sort of 'love-in' reaction you will get when you mention his name. I think he's the Edmonton/New York Isle's version of David Booth (although at least Bopth has shown he can be a top six forward, notwithstanding that was approximately 23 years ago )
