Predictions for the year?
Where do they finish?
Biggest surprise/ move forward?
Biggest disappointment/ fall back?
Here are mine.
They finish 5th.
Lupul hurt again. Misses 25 to 40 games
Ranger proves he is still a very solid top 4 D in the league.

Well lets see.
I see them finishing 7th.
I agree Lupul will probably only play 50 games
Both Reimer and Bernier will play well, the media will annoy us with this "goaltender controversy all season"
Ranger will do well.
Kessel will have an average 30 goal year.
Franson will have a good season.
Phaneuf will learn to hit the net.
Kadri and JVR will have good seasons.
Bozak will continue to be useless but he'll win a couple of faceoffs.
Grabo will do well in Washington
McClement will become a bigger fan favourite.
Gardiner will become better defensively and be one of our better D.

Well not necessarily, wont be able to prove it either way.
But blocking shots and having a good PK is not a mentality owned by only him.
Every coach has that mentality.
Like I said, I disagree with some things, but overall he's been decent.
Now I want to see what he can with a full season.
