I guess that Sundin didn't exist???
- lumlums

Never heard of him. Any good?

If he didn't captain a team to an Olympic gold and make the Hall of Fame he probably wasn't.

I think the Isles will be the surprise team of the East if they can just get average goaltending. Looking forward to the new division format -- will be fun seeing more of the Wings in the East.

The Rangers going broke or something?
- GioRock

You guys cant even sign your #1C to a contract so clearly you have cap issues
Yes they'll probably buy Richards out but you never know. And maybe Lundqvist doesnt want to remain a Ranger if all they're gonna do is get to the 2nd round every year, and leave him out to dry on many occasions

Face it, Lundqvist has been your entire team past 5 years. Without him, you're bottom of the league.

Good point. It happened more than 8 years ago, so it never happened. Just like the Leafs cups don't count in real life.

Your clearly have never seen Clarkson play. He's not that (frank)ing good. Clowe has one rough year and now he's the biggest pile of garbage to ever lace em up...right.
Oh btw clowe had 19 pts while the Dave the greatest to ever play had all of 24. Maybe you should replay that clip again there.

- NickA

Guys like Clowe and Horton should be getting more crap for their contracts. no one is saying anything about them.

Clowe scored 3 goals last year. 3.

Nope cause if Reimer was a starter then the need for Bernier wouldn't be their. Plus Bernier is a bust. So you have none.

Haha keep telling yourself that bud. NHL general managers disagree.

And I know the Leaf's had to pay way way more than other teams to get him. Oh wait http://www.sportsnet.ca/h...utbid-leafs-for-clarkson/

- SameOld

So a team dumber than yours with more cap space offered more money? This proves nothing...like this is a (frank)ing joke right go look at there career stats. Clarkson has never hit the 20 assist mark, has had 30 goals once, and only has had over 30 pts twice...He's amazing though and so goood.

Clowe can replace Clarkson, who had 5 goals and 8 points in the last 30 games of the season. Jagr and Ryder replace kovy? Maybe. Our goalie and best player is 27.
- rmdevil313

LOL at knocking Clarkson's production and touting a guy who scored 3 goals all season.

RNH scored 4 so what is your point ? do you know how many players had bad years last year? but I guess that doesn't matter now because since that 48 game season their future production has been determined?
