I could see that happening. But that's a long term project. They probably wouldn't have a serious conversation until there was only 2-3 years left on the current lease. I think the Rags and Knicks are in the current MSG for at least 15 years.

Yeah, especially the Knicks....that's a big time celeb deal. The only question for me is: didn't they just tear that whole building apart and redo the inside? I don't get that city sometimes, I really don't.....you'd think SOMEONE would have dropped a hint on that one to a corporation that likely pays the city beaucoup tax dollars, before they spent all that money. Besides, it doesn't matter what they do to that train station; unless Giuliani comes back to kick the bums out, the new Pennsylvania Palace is going to be a foul, filthy mess, anyway- gold plated dogsh*t.

That said, the one good thing if they DO move to some other location in Manhattan is that they won't be trying to freeze water on a concrete slab that covers a 125 degree basement....which, given the current rosters of the two teams, is actually better for us...
