but there are two sides to all trades.. I find it odd that both teams would be able to keep it that quiet for that longs..

Probably the same way a trade out of left field involving tallinder was finalized on Sat according to him but not announced until Sun. I'm sure there could be lots of reasons. Nobody knows for sure, probably not even Darcy

Oshies injuries terrify me... I'd much rather get stewart.. he would give them more salary space too... or a combination of perron and sobotka...

Jake allen is a good goalie and could easily be our best goalie in a year or two... but I have a feeling if we were to get a goalie in return from St Louis it would be one of Halak or Elliot.

If we trade Miller the only goal that has played substantial games is Enroth. I'd take Allen back in a trade just so we have 3 goalies that can battle it out. One out of the 3 should turn into a true starting goalie. It's the law of numbers here

IMO if SL is giving up a goalie it is going to be either Halak or Elliot not Allen.

Agreed... both of them are ufas after this season.... even thou halak is more expensive I would like him more than elliott.
