russ brandon sounds great as ceo, and whaley sounds great as gm. they really are exactly the opposite of what they were last year at this time. still iffy on who they picked at qb but at least they arent just meddling anymore - robz228
You're on crack if u think brandon sounds great. He's a hot air bag. If he was so great they woulda locked up their best defensive player and only one that creates TO's Jarius Byrd.
Same old crap. Will billieve changes when they start to be relevant again. |

He doesn't give a crap about winning. May as well just hold a live auction for him. If he cared about winning he wouldn't have answered the phone when Dallas called, let alone actually signed there. - schiefer466
He will go where he has a chance to win and grab a good check. |

I swear, when I was told yesterday about tallinder and scuderi,I was told that 26 and 30 will 100% be traded. Also talked to that person about ehrhoff rumor aboutwantingout,it is totally false. Not saying he would never be moved, but they believe they have two studs in10 and57 - Buffalo1000
GOOD he is my favorite player hence my avatar, I have his authentic jersey too! |

I doubt Jagr signs here but I'll throw my thoughts in on the subject.
Personally I think it would be an outstanding move by the Sabres to do this. Everyone is saying "let the kids play" and we all agree that this is the best course of action. Trouble is, there aren't too many guys on our roster that can give them direction. Jagr is one of the most respected names in modern hockey and regardless of how many points he puts up, I think his affect on the kids will be invaluable |

Only the second one. Again if winning was a concern, why did he sign in Dallas last year? |

Stafford is overrated and Calvin Johnson will be like Barry Sanders. Just going to get sick of the losing and leave. |

That wasn't the point you made. You said he was going where he has a chance to win. Which i refuted with the fact he played in Dallas last year. He has 1 priority. Making as much money as possible. Winning is irrelevant. |

Ok, now see if your source can confirm or kill the Vanek/Stafford to the Blues rumor. Thanks |

Dude I hate to break it to you about this Jagr stuff but, you are late to the party from last night. There is a reason everyone keeps mentioning Jagr |

If Myers really needs Tallinder to rejuvenate himself, Myers needs to be moved ASAP. |

Maybe this is their last option to get him back to being "good"
Before they try to move is big ass.

Terry Pegula liked the play of Ville Leino and Christian Ehrhoff and lo and behold Darcy went and signed them both to ridiculous contracts. Pegula railed against the departures of Lydman and Tallinder before he took over and Darcy goes and gets an over the hill Tallinder back. You have to wonder how much influence Pegula has over personnel moves.
If anybody wonders how Darcy "the cockroach" Regier can survive through 16 yrs and counting of 3 different owners and a sub-par record then look no further than he being a total yes man with no backbone of his own. |

brandon has nothing to do with football operations anymore, thats why he sounds great now
love him or hate him hes been really good at marketing the steaming pile of dog poo that has been on the field the last 10 years |

I agree Buffalo1000,
I also concur with both you and Homer on the ineptness of Regier.
I used to visit this site awhile back and put up some trade info, for what it's worth, homer and yourself are not the only ones who just shake their heads at the lack of ability of Regier. |

Pegula is just a fanboy with money. If he has any input into personnel decisions we will never come close to winning a cup. |
