Do they realize that Tallinder is a former shell of himself??? Its been several years now since Myers rookie year and its kind of embarassing IMO.
I'm glad you were dead on with that rumor... Its nice to actually see someone be right.
Please keep us updated. - Smittyx36

again, I really think Pysyk will and McNabb wont....I'll also be pissed. - Homer
Then hopefully Tallinder gets hurt early & McNabb comes up & plays well enough that they can't take him out of the lineup |

thats a dumb reason to bring him back, shows how desperate they are and have little faith in Myers. - Homer
Just to piggyback on this. How pathetic is it that we have to bring in a certain vet to help our "future franchise" player find his game again?
The fact that Myers needs his hand held is upsetting. I do understand that defenseman are hard to develope (ie Campbell) but are the kid gloves really necessary? |

Myers was here for three weeks in June for conditioning and skating,he is in very good shape right now, they believe with lockout last year,Myers getting hurt and partying for three weeks in Europe,he could never recover from being out of shape. They will not trade myers, without giving him another year of full off season conditioning, that's why it was imperative to bring in a veteran d man - Buffalo1000
that and the fact Terry personally tore him a new one for being out of shape last year. He better come in in shape. |

not true its an organizational dec. which has been run by darcy - hafgod
I am sorry you feel that way but Darcy does not hold practices, decide ice time, make up game plans or decide who is on the ice and who is not. |

I do believe if Myers played like he did his rookie season and the way ehrhoff played, you have keith and seabrook.they would of easily had three to five more wins is past season |

I will give you another little tidbit. It will come out,I have heard from numerous people that the reason why Grigorenko fell in draft is that he is really 21. His mom works for census burea in Russia, take it for what it is worth |
|
|
|
My main fear is that TP is pulling the strings saying "Myers was good when Tallinder was here...we should bring him back." Or "Sultzer and Hoff were a really great pairing for 3 weeks 2 years ago...sign him."
I really hope it's not the case. |

I just hope these two signing don't affect Risto making or not making the team... If he is good enough and NHL ready let him play. |
