up and coming young team that outplayed pittsburgh despite not having a goaltender capable of making a save, vs staying with a team that made a ton of mistakes signing bad ufas to overpriced contracts, lacks depth and has no chance at making the playoffs next season.

Just my opinion, he may very well want to go somewhere else. When somewhere else doesn't want him his reality is a nonplayoff team on the decline
