they have much more than just strome and reinhart. and while they dont WANT to give anyone up, they have to, and they will if it makes sense. and i dont think it will cost as much as people think. miller already said he wont come back after next year.

I know they got lindback via trade as well. Understood they got him to be their #1, he was too inconsistent. They got bishop at the deadline then signed him to be their new #1. Just no point of tampa being interested in miller who is 6-7 years older than both lindback and bishop. Plus I don't think they have enough assets unless one of the goalies goes to buffalo with some picks and a prospect.

Bolts have a top 5 system so assets is not an issue. What is an issue is the Bolts already have 2 tenders signed. Miller to the Bolts is a non-issue but it has nothing to do with whether the Bolts have enough prospects

Definitely. Lindback is extremely talented but needs more time (which Yzerman realized very quickly). Bishop may or may not have the same upside but is more than capable of handling a 60-40 or a 70-30 split.
