If Tampa is interested in miller. Then what was the point of getting ben bishop and signing him to a multi-year contract? Unless bishop is going to buffalo in the trade.

Doubt it very much as the Bolts will be in same division next year plus we have Enroth and Hackett...with a Leggio in wings. We know Darcy wants to sign Leggio.

maybe they assume miller is going to leave after one year? want to give bishop one year as a back-up before assuming starting duties

The lightning need to be friggin patient with their goalie situation. They got two young ones, and neither of them have gotten a lick of defense from the team infront of them yet. They should see how the new coach does in that respect and make a decision from there.

Seems to have a hard time doing so but that's ok. When you're a hater it's hard not to hate even when you know you're wrong.

Technically Philly is 300k over but Pronger on LTIR takes his 4.9 mill off the cap, they also have 9 Dmen signed. Kimo, Striet, Coburn, Mez, Grossman, Schenn, Pronger (as mentioned above), Gervais and Bourdon + qualifying offers to Laurisden, Gus and Manning. Your looking at the likelyhood of Coburn and Mez being traded. Mez will be a 4 mill dump. Coburn would get value back, possibly freeing up to 12 mill.

Miller for young crap, old crap & a draft pick that may never see the NHL? NO NO & NO!!!! If TB has enquired about Miller, wouldn't be surprised if Buff asked for TB's 1st pick (3rd overall) last Friday.

In regards to Miller, being a Leaf fan, if he goes to TB it doesn't scare me cause I think except for Stamkos, St.Louis & Hedman, overall they are a pretty bad team. However if Miller goes to the Islanders, that would scare me. The Isles have arrived. They are poised to become one of the best teams in the East, ok mabie not ahead pf Boston or Pitts but definetly top 4 in the East as they aree right now. If they add Miller they could seriously contend for top spot in the East.
