Their Gold and Silver medals say otherwise.

MVP of a tournament played with the best hockey players in the WORLD.
I beg to differ.

It's a couple of weeks with a bunch of stars thrown into a melting pot. Compared to the Stanley Cup playoffs it's not even in the same stratosphere.

I once won a thumb wrestling tournament. There was a big stink, because my opponent in the semi-finals, claimed I sneak attacked him with my pointer finger, but there wasn't enough evidence to support his claim.

Miller is a good goalie but really has proved nothing. He's also 33, has a shat attitude and is clearly wussy whipped. I would trade very little if anything for him. We will not be getting Miller I'm thinking(and hoping). Hoping for a goalie whose name rhymes with his though.

it was actually 2010 and that guy is bringing up a small tournament from almost 4 years ago.

Hiller's just a perpetually dizzy, right-catching Miller.

I rarely back up my posts with facts. I ask that you just take my statements at face value.

I understand that but he was still MVP of a tournament played with the best hockey players from around the world.

Alfredsson isn't leaving Ottawa. He will finish his career there. It only puts more pressure on the Sens to sign him. There is no one that deserves to wear the C (maybe phillips)

how about the fact that the poster does not take into account Ryan Miller was 30 then and will be 34 this year.....but hey Miller is so great even age doesn't stop him.

Who will come much cheaper and is a little younger. We need a goaltender but I doubt very much Snow is going to trade what we've spent the last five years accumulating on a 33 yr old goaltender with a yr left on his contract. Doesn't fit.

Wow- he is 33 in 2 weeks. Why did I think he was 28?

Yeah- buyer beware, stay away. Dude is chopped liver.
Edit: Bryz-His

HAHAHA. That actually wouldn't be a bad flyer to take though. Would be cheap too.

Fans ALWAYS overvalue their players. Just the way it is. Someone will probably over pay for him but not anywhere near close to what these guys are expecting. I feel like I'm on the Vancouver thread from three weeks ago.

Is this some kind of joke? You think getting a silver at a tournament 4 years ago will increase his value now???
