Absolutely, not talking about overspending, but this team is flawed, and I'm floored that management doesn't see it. The 3rd and 4th lines are a mess, the 1st two lines can use a little help. A couple of very creative trades are needed in order to fix what's wrong, now that Richards is staying. - OLDSCHOOL#6
I wouldnt say that both of the top 2 lines need help... just the top line. I think a Kreider, Richards, Cally line is a good 2nd line, however we need a LW for the top line.
The bottom 6... well its a bit of a mess... although Hagelin, Brassard, Miller isnt a necessarily bad 3rd line.
The 4th line however... ugh. |

Well, we really don't know about Miller, do we. He was impressive while he was allowed play, but its a small sample. |

I liked his poise, nothing seemed to phase him at the age of 19. Will that translate to points and productions, well that's another story
But I hope he gets a legit chance in camp. |

OLDSCHOOL, I may be wrong but I thought I remember you saying you heard some rumblings that the Rangers would be going after Hendricks for the 4th line. I would like Hendricks, is that still a possibility? |

A small sample, but a positive one.
Sather needs to trade Boyle for Konopka. |

Oh he was way up on the wish list, but that was BB, I just don't know now. But he would be a welcome addition for sure. |

Wild.
They took Rupp off our hands... Boyle should fit right in. |

Hmm. How are they fixed for "D"? Maybe we can package Boyle and MDZ for a package including Konopka and Setoguchi? |

I guess next year we will be at year 0 AB. - aecliptic
