You will get Keith Ballard after his buyout. And find Ryan Parent and Oscars Bartulis and bring them back.

The same one you hypothesized a Flyers-acquired Brodeur would've worked at?

Peter Tessier: What the Flyers are Really up to
Some thoughts on what the Flyers might be planning with RFA defensemen.

No yeah, well take Bogosian. We're totally cool with Bogisian. No need to pretend its a smokescreen for Buff.

Dude can hit 300lbs without the heavy cheesesteak influence, no thanks.

It seems to me the Blues have an obvious transition option and that is to move J.Bo at the draft. He should net a better return than the pick (#22) and prospects that St. Louis dealt to Calgary to get him just a few months ago.

Would the Flyers offer up their first round pick (#11) and a good prospect? I think so.
Ottawa and the Blues have a long history of doing deals and Ottawa is loaded with prospects. Would Ottawa offer their first round pick (#17) and a good prospect, they should.

St. Louis has lots of options and they are in control of the decision making. My guess is they have already plotted out their "what if" contingency strategies.

Wow, over pay much? If the Flyers gave up the 11th pick in a good draft and a good prospect for 1 year of JBO at his salary too, Homer should be fired.
