At is a key word. Don't have to hit the net. Hit the net, miss the net, score a goal it's all the same - burn
Shots directed at net while a player was on the ice at even strength, excluding empty net situations
In the NHL if you hit the post its not a shot on goal |

I said it so many times, when a dman rushes the puck it is the responsibility of the same side forward or centre to back him up, hockey 101. - LeafMan
That's the very definition of puck support.

One mistake, it shouldn't have lost us the game. He was great on the 4 minute PK. I feel sometimes you guys wait to pounce on the mistakes, all players make them. If I go any farther with this I'll be accused of being a dion lover, I'm not. But I've had no issues with the way he's played in this series. Can he do better? Yes. Do I hate him for going for the big hit? No. What could've happened on that play if he didn't take out Phil, was a turnover, and then a goal for us. Sometimes bad things happen.
Now what does piss me off about Dion, is sometimes on the PP they force the passes along the points, which ahs lead to some Bruin chances on the PK. They need to work on that. We should've won this game on our 5 on 3 PP. |

Fraser has been the best #6 defenceman in the league this year.
Dropped 'em when he needed to, provided steady, non-flashy, dependable defending in limited minutes.
He's a keeper. - Atomic Wedgie
Totally agree. I hope he bounces back next year. I take it he'll be wearing a visor.
That being said, Franson and Gardiner looked very good together. Liles and Gardiner simply cannot be paired up. |

Hey, any chance the ACC shows phaneufs attempt at decapitating Horton last night to rile up the crowd? Or perhaps You guys are feeling to "sauer" at the way you lost last night?? |

once again alot of 18-19 year olds playing, whats your point? You got something against the young guns? - Mapleleafs_91
I've never liked Emelio Estevez or Dermett Mulroney. Sutherland and Sheen are okay though. Lou-Diamond Phillips brings me no feelings whatsoever. |

All things considered I think he played a good game. It's just the mistake is inexcusable. Not his game overall.

Just for you little lady.
Edit: Oh oh oh also, CBC AND TSN have both played clips of Scott Stevens' hits. How many angry letters have you sent? |
