I have such a hard time figuring out Subban.

During games, he seems so 'into it'. It seems like he's living and dying off of every single play.

Then after games, he does things that makes you think he doesn't care.

Maybe he needs those distractions to stop himself from thinking about the playoffs. I mean you can only think about something like that for so long before you become mentally exhausted with it all.

OMG he was on twitter on an off-day. That post must have taken at least 5 seconds....time he should have been using to perpare.

No he should be worried about getting his face on the cover of a video game.

i'm sure that 'book' he wrote about it on twitter took him the entire day of just focussing on that....

Or maybe he should be smart enough to realize that he has a disappointed fan base that does not give a (frank) about trying to get him on the cover of a video game. Especially the day after a tough loss.

Well I don't think Leafs fans have much ammo to rip on you with, today.

The Zbad goal was unfortunate but why fight that one.

It was the second goal that bothers me. Turris clearly interferes with Price. That is the goal that should not have stood.

I'm kind of in the same boat. There is definitely a distinct kicking motion after the puck had deflected off the skate. Whether the motion started before that is much harder to say, and I think that's why the refs upheld the call.

In terms of the icings, I thought (contrary to everyone else it seems) that the first icing on Gonchar was far more suspect. He took the loopiest possible route to the puck. I couldn't believe THAT wasn't called icing. Karlsson more or less went in a straight line on his touch up - whether he could've skated faster is debatable, given the injury, that late in the game, his TOI this series, etc. I can see both sides there.

If he kicked the puck before it was there he would have missed it.

Just laugh at them. That's what we've done in Ottawa for the last decade.

You don't even need to respond. Just laugh..

Let me help.

1. You admit that his on-ice play is top notch. The universe agrees, which explains his Norris nomination.

2. And then you see things he does off the ice, which makes you wonder if he really does care.

Let's go back to #1 for a moment, shall we?
