Budaj was nothing short of excellent this season, all things being relative of course. No reason he can't do an admirable job in the next three games.

i agree that he is good enough to beat the Senators. i don't think we'll lose tonight because of him. i believe we'll lose because Ottawa just wants this series more.

thank you Howard. I do believe you are sincere. But I don't know if that's a compliment or an insult to my body of work...

yep

He had a really tough season.

I doubt they'll throw out the towel on him just yet.

As I said, Budaj is fully capable of performing well in these next three games. We'll go from there.

They may not throw it out, but they may very well throw it in.

You think Bournival will play?

He's 22...I wouldn't...they don't need to do anything...at worst he plays in the AHL a few more years and at best he'll become a serviceable 3rd/4th liner.

Prust is out, so they need a player.

I doubt Blunden can make any difference at this point, why not give the kid a chance...

EDIT: Renaud Lavoie ‏@RenLavoieRDS 1m
Mike Blunden will play tonight. First career playoff game. #canadiens #RDS
