Nothing complicated... unless you need to change a part that's hard to "retrieve"..then you might need special tools.

spoke to one guy from that company a few times, brushed him off and didn't hear from them again.

obviously this guy picked up the account and thought he was the ringer, the ol' smooth talking guy who can befriend anyone and sell them anything.



now you may not suspect this but I can be a bit of an bumhole when faced with this kind of situation. so I gently told him his service was of no value to us. last I heard while the phone was moving away from my ear and toward the base was "hey alright my man so I'll give ya another holla in a couple of mo...."

This is very similar to what happens when Mormons knock on my door. I tell them I'm not interested/not religious/whatever comes to mind to get them to (frank) off, and as they are mumbling their plan B speech the door closes in their face.
