Saw three people in the mall with Isles jerseys. I went to compliment them until I saw the name on the back (Dipietro)

How about the -29 +/- ?

No no! Stop looking at the stats/facts. Stick to the script.

Nino = Gretzky.

Avalanche won it.

It was because they have PA there.

What? I'm on board. I said it.

Isles in 4. Nino = Gretzky. Poulin = Marty. Strome = Mario.

Okposo is still a prospect so he'll mature. DiPietro is also a prospect who will mature. Neilsen is one of the "kids".

I got it. Totally indoctrinated now.

I'm so indoctrinated now that every time I make an unbelievably stupid decision that no one on earth would have made, my response is "Filling the cupboard. Stocking the farm." and once in a while I throw in a "we tried" just to make things right.

Isles in 4!

The Isles can win the cup or get bounced in 4 still doesn't change the fact that you're a D-bag. Plain and simple. Just go away man

Yeah...if they wanted to confuse him they could include Strome and Nelson in the lineup or something like that. I'm not so sure Reasoner is a good strategic pawn unless we want a few Pens to pull abdominal muscles laughing...
- keaner17

Oh, yeah, this is all a tactic to confuse and fustigate the pens. what till they forget how to play hockey when they see Joennsu out on a line Wednesday. THAT's why Reasoner made that face in his white tux picture. Cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do agree though. I think we severely overrate Nino. I would prefer to trade him.

No. The 35 points in 48 games guy sucks. He's the worst player ever in the history of the league. He should be playing mens ball hockey at Skate Safe and he should be on the "Fat/Drunk" line.

We do we not overrate our prospects

Some people around here are still thinking that Ryan O'Marra will break every one of Gretzkys records. I still remember hearing about how life as we know it will change because the guy was born in Korea or wherever.

The kid was rushed and everybody is judging him by his 55 games last year. What is he 21 yrs old and already you have him pegged?? Maybe the kid should get a legit shot before we judge him. I know that sounds crazy

And some people around here (I believe you were one of them) want Strome on the first line next year.

STOP RUSHING AND KILLING PROSPECTS.

Text that to Snow.

I think he will be a decent player but at some point we need to make trades.

Don't quote me because you have no idea what you're talking about. I've been saying since day 1 that JT needs a true power forward to play on his wing. Strome doesn't fit that bill.

Trade him for one of those wooden goalie things with the corners cut out so we don't risk Nabby getting injured in warm ups.

Be done with him. And throw Poulin in with him.

I agree but the truth is you and I have no idea what Nino will turn into. The kid has all the tools to be a true power forward. Only time will tell

When I say "I believe you might be one of them" that doesn't mean that I am 100% sure that you were one of the hundreds saying it over and over again. Maybe you are one of the two or three around here that disagreed. I have no idea.

There is no player in Bridgeport ready for the first line. They either need to package up some players and get a wing or resign you know who.

And like the typical Islander he'll be a prospect until he's 30 then he'll instantly turn into "old" overnight.

He had his shot and blew it. No need to waste any more time on it especially with the stuff that went on earlier in the year. Get rid of him for anything.

They need to find a replacement for Boyes on the 1st line. I don't care how they do it but it has to be done. Boyes is not a 1st line player period!!

This is why you can't be taken seriously on this board when you post moronic comments like that. Maybe you do it for attention I don't know but your act is old and tired and you've been on this board for about 6 weeks.

Do you want a guy that gets 2 points a game? Would that make you happy?

35 points in 48 games is well worth a million dollar deal.
