I appreciate your comments AG.. we have had our moments.. not being perfect I made a lot of mistakes.. but when my older sister passed away.. my niece was beaten heavily I went to jail for bullying her much bigger father.. he is 6'3 150 lbs.. I took him on and battered him.

I went to jail never convicted.. but she has had no abuse since.. I got her through her teen years... I am an old school dude... I protect my family & friends to the point that it has hurt me... we do what we have to do.. I am only 5'10 225lbs.. not the biggest dude.. and I never fight for no reason.. but when I've had to it has always been decisive..

In person I am the nicest person.. when I go on vacation I am the party person that folks gravitate too.. good clean fun.. I am a good time guy.. with folks & couples.. it aggravates my wife.. because so many enjoy.. she thinks I am trying to attract others.. and I definitely get offers.. but it is what I said.. I try to build others.. make only a great time for everyone. No intentions at all. Just happiness for all around me.

So I appreciate your words of kindness AG.. but I have no issue for going down for being who I am... if folks want to try to chip at the truth.. it doesn't bother me.. it makes them weak... no issue with that..

3 things.

1 - this is lame as hell

2- it won't work as well as people think it will

3 - it's copyright infringement.

Would have been a decent idea if Budweiser thought of it and approached the CN tower and paid them to do it. Now, CN Tower (or somebody - city of TO most likely) will have to pay Budweiser to use their marketing tool.

oh and WTH...

4 - what if the Leafs don't score in the playoffs? or get swept? big waste of money there...

- Big_Lightnin

I don't know man, I don't think Bud would have a copyright case here. If, say, Molson started selling goal lights you put in your house that light up when your team scores, that would be a case. But trying to stop Toronto from lighting up their major landmark I don't think would fly. Besides, nobody would be making any money off that, and it's not like the CN tower competes with Budweiser for market share in the beer industry. They have no motivation to stop it.

I think the idea is really cool, especially since the CN tower is all set up for it already, I can't believe they're not doing it. It seems like the CN tower's destiny to become a giant goal light.

Look I'd appreciate it if you would stop using the term midget. It's rather offensive.

You see, I had this sister who suffered from dwarfism... I don't want to get into it, but it's painful.

- DoubleDown

Funny how a dude that took my care for my sisters.. protecting them to the bottom line.. one who died painfully after ten years of fighting.. even went to jail... for them...

would be offended about dwarfism and the midget comment.. I don't blame any dwarfs in the Habs Dirty program.. Dirty Midgets are not dwarfs.. and no dwarf would associate themselves with your dirty midgets.. they are upstanding citizens that have had to work hard.. not the talented stick wielding, goalie running mofos that make your team.

They are the Dirty Midgets.. get used to it.... until your management changes the chemistry.. we are not bigoted we hate for a reason.

1) no, it's awesome
2) They score, it lights up.
3) no. Nobody has the patent on turning on a light when there's a goal
4) The lights are already there, so is the computer system for changing the colors. Very little additional cost required.

You only think it's lame because most likely the Leafs will be playing the Habs, and that CN Tower will be lighting so often it'll be like it's blinking.
