Unless this teams plans on magically rebuilding through free agency, they better stop (frank)ing winning. |

went to the game tonight and actually paid attention. few thoughts:
people need to stop going out of the way to discredit mike weber. hes more than decent. hes very good.
Pysyk is also very good.
Myers was pretty rough at times but really good at times.
porter/flynn duo is a top tier penalty killing duo.
kaleta is pretty much useless. get rid of him. i dont know the advanced stats but theres no way he draws more penalties than he takes anymore. |

You must have missed the PK when he blocked a shot, looked like he wanted to die because it hurt so bad, but still managed to stay out there and make a good play to get the puck out of the zone. |

Every team behind us in the standings still has games in hand on us. And we have one of the lowest amount of games won in Regulation and Overtime. - HonkFortheGoose
I know, but these stupid wins are still killing draft position. |

Not really. We really aren't moving up the standings too much. And like I said, we've played more games than most other teams. |

i saw it. does that make him worth keeping? penalty killers are replaceable.
his role is agitator and his reputation has gotten too big. he cant fill his role anymore. if you are paying him to keep him on your team to kill penalties then idk i guess we just disagree on the usefulness of that niche |

AO has a NTC
after saying that
he is probably still a top 6 player in the game up front - homiedclown
Actually, he doesn't have a NTC until 2014, and will then only be a limited NTC with a rolling ten team list from July 1st to September in a new league year. Just FYI. |

He makes $1M a year. Is that really hurting us in any way? I don't think so. He serves a purpose, whether you choose to see it that way or not. |

when a player makes a routine physical hockey play and consistently gets called for penalties on them, its time to let him go.

I was at the game tonight and I was impressed by Mike Weber. Is he the most improved Sabre this year? |

The penalty he took tonight was stupid on his part. It was not a routine hockey play. Guys don't usually charge at each other before the blueline to crush them into the end boards. Do I wish he wouldn't do things like that? Sure, but that was a penalty and in no way a routine hockey play. |

he has 2 more years on his contract. So we don't need to worry about that for a while. |
