I don't know if its Weber or not but I think the Flyers have their targets set on a big #1 Dman in the off season. Amnesty Briere and Bryz to clear cap space, get the #1, draft well, pick up Emery or someone of his ilk and refocus for next year.

would have been nice to grab another body like Matt Calvert in this deal.
If Homer can negotiate a 1.5m two-yr contract for Mason its prob an upgrade over most other backup options.

Although I would have liked to see a trade with the Jets involving big Buff plus Al Montoya....
