I thought Iggy would def be paired with Sid, but after seeing that line dominate (again) last night, you have to believe he'll work with Geno and Neal. The Peg had no answer for Sid, Duper and Kunitz. - madmike71
No doubt Iggy and Sid would be sick together. But the production out of the Sid line with Kunitz and Dupuis, how do you even think about breaking that up. It'll certainly be interesting to see what they do, will most definitely be exciting to watch that's for sure! Im glad leafs don't play the pens again this season and hope to god they don't meet in the playoffs if the leafs finally do make it.
I have a lot of respect for Iginla and would love to see him win the cup, maybe even stick around with the pens another year or 2 and legit win the cup.

Well, we may be getting a preview of the first round when the pens play the rags next week in a home and home series. The only team than can beat the pens this year are themselves.

I look at the poll and my ?, How can any true hockey fan, all predjuces aside, not think Pittsburgh would not be the Stanley Cup favorite. Too think anything else is pure bias or hate. I don't want to hear, they don't have the goaltending, defense etc. This team is the deepest team the NHL has seen in years. The fact is they are prohibitive favorites and to think anything else is ridiculous! - bigdaddywaite
Its harder to get into this country than getting into the Soviet Union at the height of the Cold War!
Remember when we used to be a nation that welcomed immigrants?
Let us not forget the words to "New Colossus, the poem engraved on the Statue of Liberty:
"Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
Your aging power forwards yearning to win a Stanley Cup!"
Or something like that
- Emperor Filonius
The comment at the bottom of that article is funny. He joked saying Obama is a Blackhawks fan so he wont let Iginla join the Pens by not letting him in the country

I'm with you... Yesterday afternoon I was fine with breaking apart that line, but after last night's reaffirmation that line cannot be changed.

Seemed like Dupuis had his best game this year. The guy don't want to be removed from that line at all
From EKs article about Jagr:
That price point is definitely north of what Pittsburgh traded to Dallas in exchange for Brenden Morrow
Can we PLEASE refer to him as The Thing?! If so, then we've got the Fantastic Four-
Sidney Crosby is Mr. Fantastic
Douglas Murray is The Thing
Jerome Iginla is Human Torch (former Flame)
and Tanner Glass is the Invisible Woman (he really does disappear out there)

Iginla-Malkin-Neal will be a dominant line. In my humble opinion you do not separate a line that is dominating like the Crosby line.
That said, Dupuis has 17 goals and 9 assists this year. The guy better start passing more.
