not a whole lot value wise. i don't think it fits what the leafs need now. briere isn't the type of #1 center that's going to win them a cup, and it's definitely not worth taking a step down on the blueline.

leafs need a futures deal if they were to trade phaneuf. a high pick and a blue chipper, or an already established young top 6 forward and prospect/decent pick.

RNH is 19yrs old 1st overall drafted player coming off an 18goal 52pts (in 62 game season) as an 18yr old!!!!!

i didn't say he was a (frank)ing bust, i said i think he's overrated. i've seen alot of edmonton fans agree with that assessment to.
