No, I meant Bozak at 3rd line centre for a few games to see. - LeafMan
I don't think you really need to test Bozak as much as the center who could potentially replace him. He can already win face-offs against pretty much any center in the league. The only thing that would need a test is having new linemates.
As for who replaces Bozak, Kadri can't win the face-offs and Grabovski doesn't mix with Kessel. But it's worth a try at the very least, especially on the powerplay.
Whatever line you use as the checking line is where you put him in, I don't consider Kadri the third line, the first line to me is whatever line is producing and playing the best any given night with this team. - LeafMan
Its best to leave him on the 3rd line, this is kadris first FULL season with the leafs, gotta mould him into the system, then move him up. No rush... this is why Stastny. That is all.

I think we've got three buy out candidates: Komi, Liles, and Grabovski.
I'm 99% sure the plan is going to be to try to move one of them for whatever you can get and buy out the other two.
Who gets bought out and who gets moved (if possible) are up in the air. - Leeman4Gilmour
Grabovski is not a buy-out candidate. Yes, he has a less than ideal contract but the Leafs have two years to use their buy-outs. There is no reason to rush and buy out a player who could easily raise his value with a decent season. Buy outs are for lost causes like Komisarek, not off years on guys like Grabovski.

You play the best players on the powerplay, just ask the pens

Thank you, you dont just buyout a player having an offseason, when the next season he can regain his 25+ goal season, 50+pts

2 sick days in 7 years...ever since I stopped getting flu shots....but win me the lotto and I'll show ya what's sick - JIMI-JAMES
Im 26 and im already trying to figure out ways to get rich so i don't have to work.. I don't mind working hard, i actually enjoy it, but i don't want to work for the man. I want my own business. I don't care at all about money, just want to spend my life doing what i enjoy. And working 15 hours a day 21 days in a row getting covered in oil is not how i want to spend my life. So kudos to you if you found a way to be happy with what you do.
