I maintain that Dubnyk hasn't been the problem minus maybe 2 or 3 games. The roster balance allowed by the return of Horcoff is working wonders for the coaching staff's ability to form a competitive team. Clouts is right that Horcoff's play or leadership isn't what's improved the Oilers' play, but he's wrong in that his return allows for such depth that would allow them to balance the offense throughout the roster. Great to see Gagner form solid chemistry with Paajarvi and Yakupov, too! - MaximumBone
Agreed on the depth spread for sure but I'll give Horcs a little more, not sure if it's true, but there is the talk surrounding his leadership in the players only meeting before Chicago.
I'd love to eat crow on his leadership and captaincy - I'm usually a detractor or I've said before that something about him in that all important role feels off the last two years.
Anyway, most importantly and proven two games in a row and more-so this one, balanced attack and composure.

I kinda sunk my head there when I revisited the photo after your post. I didn't even realize that at first, I just thought of an ugly alien baby and Total Recall.

just please win for a change. Calgary needs the 1st pick. That way the rest of the league can mock us for the fact that Alberta has had the 1st pick for 4 straight years.
It our way of taking the pressure off you guys. You're welcome. - whipper334

That's fair. Having personal boundaries is fine so long as they don't infringe upon anyone else's ability to enjoy something. Comedy has very few boundaries and you only really know what they are if you're always pushing them, which is in part why I enjoy Daniel Tosh's material as much as I do. Again though, having boundaries is completely respectable and understandable so long as you're not infringing on another person's ability to enjoy it.
How are ya'll feeling about eberle's play of late - JShack
No concerns. He's driven some nice plays of late; just has yet to convert on most of 'em. I don't expect him to be more than a 60-70ish point player with solid defensive awareness that can play in a disciplined top-6 role. He's done so thus far.

Are you sure you are only 18? Very well said kid. Comedy is subjective and people tend to laugh at on thing then get offended by others. Very few people forget they laugh at something that is offensive to others one day then get offended at something else the next. People need to stop being so (frank)ing sensitive all the time.

I want those slick clutch goals back. I really wish he shot the puck more when he's got the defender in front of him. A little diversity in his attack would go a long way.
