I would like to see Snow call San Jose and see what they want for Clowe. How about Visnovski for Clowe and a pick. Then I would look to bring in a good defenseman to take Visnovski's spot... maybe use Nino as the trade chip. Finally, bring up Nelson and let him center the 2nd line.

I like it. Would love to see Nelson and his size added to this team along with Clowe. Isles should look to make some noise this year with a short season and making the playoffs in the east a real possibility. Brooklyn move is coming probably sooner than later so why not start to build something now?

Great game last night. First game Montreal has lost in regulation in last 10. Thought the isles were their most physical the last two games. Good to see. Good to see them being resilient after blowing the 2 goal lead.

that is because everyone else is just that bad. there are a lot of key injuries to alot of teams. If everyone was healthy we would be like at least 8 points out.

I think most of those teams who are in the same boat we are can best be described as bad, anyway, which is why we have a shot, IMO. Just have to play consistent defense.....

As long as they play as well as they can, we're all happy. Sometimes (like against Boston) that's not good enough, but most of the time, if they play a consistent game, they'll have a shot.
