It is a constant issue for most teams... what do you do drop them all.. and bring up rookie Refs???

Phaneuf and Holzer were a complete disaster. Holzer had half an hour to pick up the puck behind his net and misses it half the time. Phaneuf was giving the puck away every other shift. It was a nightmare for them.
