I simply can't root for another team. I've tried...fvck me I've tried. I just don't care enough. Even during the days of Pat Flatley and...nothing... I've cheered for this team. When our top line center was Travis Green.

I was 6 years old watching the Isles, it's my first real memory of watching NHL hockey on tv. First Stanley Cup. I grew up here in Vancouver. Never wanted a Canucks jersey, only the Isles. Street hockey days I was always Billy Smith in goal and Bossy out of the net.

I get so frustrated watching this team play without heart and without drive remembering some of the greats. I can't possibly cheer for anyone else though. When this team does become a winner again all the pain and frustration and anger will melt away into pure joy. All of us need to meet up at that point and get fvcking stinking drunk together.

No need to panic keaner. Everything is under control. This team has proved they can win in the past.

I think we should sign Streit for 3 more years, so we can continue to be tortured

I'm so tired of seeing AMac get physically used play after play.

They expose us on so many levels and theN Cappy makes it easier by scratching what little size we have.

Streit is actually pissed... First time ever?

This is why you can't sh*t the bed in the 2nd and 3rd period against garbage like Carolina.....because you have NO PRAYER of beating this team. NONE. In fact, I'd have played Nabokov on Sunday, and let Poulin take this shelling. For the last two goals, on the first one, 19 (18?) on the Bruins literally grabbed Hickey's blade WITH ONE HAND and pulled him to the ice, which pretty much describes the biggest problem with our defense in a nutshell, right there. The second one was just a great play by a team that is WAY TOO GOOD for us right now. If they want to have a shot at the dance...and I DO think they CAN make it, because I have the package on my laptop, so I watch a lot of games, and a lot of teams are cr*p, it's not just us.....they cannot lose home games against Carolina, period.

I think Bailey's game would work well with JT and Moulson. I may be in the minority but I'd absolutely love to see Matt Martin play on the top line for a few games. He's hard on the puck, disruptive and I think would give JT and Moulson more space. His game is simple and I think he'd actually be a really good fit for them. A lot moreso than Boyes.

I agree on all counts with this post, I've said the same thing about martin and bailey numerous times

Now you know why Ullstrom was sitting.

He's going to be one of those guys that just doesn't stick I think unfortunately? That's why I always say prospects are just that, prospects. He's got time i know but I just don't see him being consistent.

Most of this team is getting man handled tonight. Snow should take notes, the Bruins are a team built for the playoffs. The Islanders, not even close. that's why i laugh when people say we will compete in the playoffs in 2 years. Barring a complete over haul by Snow( ) and some serious trades and FA signings( ) this team is soooooo far away from being a "Stanley Cup Contender". I can see us maybe making the playoffs in 2 years but if anyone thinks we would compete I'd call them nuts UNLESS what I said happens which for obvious reasons i can't see happening. It's not being negative it's just opening your eyes and looking at we have and being realistic. In understand that last sentence is tough for a lot on here. Bruins fans filling the entire lower bowl, so happy I'm not there right now

He is blaringly bad, Hamonic is becoming tough to watch too. That pairing needs to be separated and AMAC just needs to sit.

I'm thinking Pirates of the Caribbean. We drop Okposo and Amac on a deserted island. With a pistol and two bullets

I hate to say this but Visnovsky is one of our better defensive defensemen. Bet he's not used to that. Actually as far as I'm concerned he is our best Dman and I (frank)ing hate the guy

I would never wish a deserted island on KO and Amac.
