nicest dude ive ever talked to. he talked to me and my buddy for an hour. verified information that only he could know so we knew it was him. talked about a bunch of stories about when he was here in buffalo a few years back. haha

Thats because people warm up to the new guys. Who are the trouble makers now? The new people.

not everybody, that's nuts. peca for connolly pyatt is basically the framework for a vanek trade but with better players and maybe a draft pick, hell no, just get rid of the crappy parts and keep the rest. if they do this right, we could turn around much faster. i'd be a little worried if i was darcy because you can usually only change the coach once before they figure out the GM is inept. i guess we'll see how this new thing goes...

I just thought it was funny. The same person told me that I was being condescending. I didn't know using facts to back up your opinion came across that way, but hey, everyone's entitled.

why because you said so? i think unless you want to go HAM on this roster and be stuck in the basement for many years, you should probably hold onto some of your talent and trim the fat.

There are 3 guys that I am really curious about now that ruff is gone; vanek, stafford and grigirenko.

I know there were rumors about vanek and lindy hating each other and it really hasn't seemed to show on the ice for vanek in regards to his play, but he always looks pissed off and miserable so I am wondering if he'll actually have fun playing hockey again.

I think stafford quit on ruff multiple times over the years and he should be feeling very guilty today. IMO he is the next one out the door if he doesn't turn it around fast.

I can't wait to see what rolston can do with grigirenko and his development as a player!
