He should remove the Sabres from his lists when he posts them, he looks foolish when he does. - SABRES 89
Yes. Right! Because darcy sits in his office with his feet on his desk drinking tequila sunrises all day.
Darcy admits to making phone calls and stuff. Doesn't mean he is going to do anything, but creating rumors of the sabres being in talks with other teams wouldn't be innacurate
Technology generation is lazy because we don't feel like fixing all the mistakes we were left -_-
Also, thread was a good read today - Putzfrau
there was an article i read a while ago about a guy who created a program to do his job for him at like 100x efficiency than what he could accomplish doing it manually the way the company taught.
sad ending to the story because all his coworkers were fired and he was promoted to some kind of programmer or whatever, but he did that all because he was lazy.

This is what I imagine his phone calls are though.
I'll say this.
I am so glad that I was not born in your generation.
I actually have genuine pity for my children.

i will say working in management i see more of an entitlement type of attitude in the younger folks. They come in (unproven) expecting to make big bucks.. the older and mid aged folks tend to come in and try to prove themselves first before asking for a raise.

Something tells me that Ott’s tiger blood is gnarlier than Sheen’s.
It was an unfortunate piece off puck-luck for the Sabres. Even Martin was surprised that the puck eluded Miller:
“The puck just found it’s way towards me and I just put it to the net and it went in. I think it maybe went off Ehrhoff’s hip, I think it moved a little bit when I saw the replay.”
Sheen may want to think twice about attending a Sabres game in the future. Ehrhoff may waste one over the glass as a brush-back slapper to Sheen’s melon.

Something tells me Christian Ehrhoff doesn't give a rat's ass what Charlie Sheen thinks.

It's all in what every one wants to admit to.
My generation was not and is not lazy like the tech generation. Sad part is, most seem proud of it. Almost boastful.
I started work in the family store when I was 9 years old and was paid with packs of sports cards and I have not stopped working since.
There was one thing among many that I prided myself on. The very one thing very important to me is knowing that nobody could ever say I did not earn that paycheck at the end of the week.
Some have pride, some dont.
