He can be verrry abrasive. He is perfect coach to get a team on the right path. Without his work the Penguins would not have won in 2009. However he has a shelf life and there comes a point where his approach wears thin on players, thus his firing in 2009.

Would have been a perfect guy to come into Buffalo and command accountability.
