When he was benched a few weeks ago as well to get Brennan and Weber in, it was said that the reason he was the one chosen to sit is because he wouldn't pitch a fit about it. So basically, even though he didn't deserve to sit then, and doesn't deserve to sit now, because he's the one that will be diplomatic about the whole thing, he's the odd man out.
