i'd use running around carefully, your giving them too much credit. i keep seeing 3 flyers gliding towards a puck, not one person busting to get to it in the D end. you see 3 heads follow the puck and start gliding, by the time they get there the puck is gone and they head off together in a new direction.

This team is like that ugly kid in kindergarden.

You dont really want him, but you cant help seeing what he will do next.

Well the first ten minutes, he was picking his nose and eating the boogers.

Yep, they just outscored them. They didn't outplay them. The Flyers are really getting attacked along the boards on their breakouts. I'm all for keeping the puck out of the middle of the ice. But I'd like to see some changes to their breakout strategy.

Same problem last night.

Bruno Gervais must have something on the off ice officials. He was charged with only one giveaway in that period. I think he turned it over 3 times on one shift.

The forwards now all seem to collapse. That leads to problems.

the wingers dont move at all for good break out passes for how low they sink in the D zone, then they get pinned along the short boards or cant get to the blue line to cover the points

the wingers dont move at all for good break out passes for how low they sink in the D zone, then they get pinned along the short boards or cant get to the blue line to cover the points

you hardly see the center able to loop down low to take a break out from the D or winger. its hard to do that when center is constantly in the corners. with how they play the wingers i dont understand why the D always reverses the puck back around the boards beacuse the winger on that side can never get to it. then they end up chasing the puck back and forth as it gets wrapped up the boards.
