I think Simmonds is the type of player you try at all cost to keep. Good size, Strong on the boards, Good in front of the net, all hustle. His point totals may not be impressive but his play opens things up for others.

Voracek and Schenn are the two players who need to step up for this team to be successful IMO. Very important players for this team to succeed.

Minny has some really good names as well.

For Jake to be worth his salary, which to me goes hand in hand with him being a top 6 forward he needs to do more than that.

He has been playing better definately. Needs to continue to use his size to protect the puck and buy more time for his line-mates. Not just give the puck away with low percentage plays.

Voracek looks lost in the flyers offensive system to me. He'd probably flourish on a team like the hawks that use speed over grit to win games.
