There are still some unsigned free agent centers out there. Maybe the Sabres could look there for a 3/4 centerman.

Blair Betts could be perfect for that tougher center who can win faceoffs and play on the pk. When he was with the rangers he led them in faceoff % with 52.3 and led them with the most pk time which was best in NHL at that time.

Brendan Morrison may be older, but also another guy that is real good with faceoffs.

Cal O'Reilly is currently playing in Europe. I know he can play the PK pretty well, but not sure about faceoffs. Getting him here and then try to get his brother Ryan from the Avs may not be a bad idea.

I think they definitely should look at Betts for a possible addition.
